Brian Rees started his career with the company in 1982 in Toronto by providing floor maintenance. In 1984 he became a Toronto Area Manager.

In 1988 Brian became the President and Owner / Operator of ServiceMaster Brampton, Vaughan, Markham and North York.

With an impressive tenure spanning over 4 decades, Brian brings a wealth of expertise to the organization, Brian provides all of the benefits of ServiceMaster as a large corporation, with all of the personal care of a local, responsible business person.

His customer-centric approach paired with a proven track record of forging enduring client relationships have fueled remarkable growth and have won Brian some of the most prestigious awards with in the ServiceMaster Company.

With a penchant for innovation and a results-driven mindset, Brian is a pivotal force in ensuring ServiceMaster Clean remains at the forefront of the industry, providing top-notch services to businesses across our region.

Since coming to ServiceMaster in 2006, Frank has proudly served as the Senior Business Development Manager. His duties include communications and prospecting, tenders, quotations, account management, liaising between production staff and clients, and customer service.

His dedication to nurturing long-lasting customer relationships is the cornerstone of his success. Frank’s genuine care for our customers is evident in every interaction, and has consistently elevated ServiceMaster Cleans’ reputation as a trusted industry leader.

In 1992, Scott joined ServiceMaster of Etobicoke. His mandate was simple – increase the presence that the operation had in the territory and help it become the leading service provider in the area.

With success in escalating revenue levels at Etobicoke, Scott then moved over to the operational side of the business to work with the nightly management team. Scott was responsible for insuring that the “ServiceMaster System” was being followed by all cleaning team members and helped bring more continuity to the brand.

In 1996, Scott had the opportunity to acquire an equity position in the company. He saw the franchise grow and become a leader in the ServiceMaster network. Scott acquired the entire company a year later and continued his leadership for several more years.

Since 2020, Scott has continued his “stay” at ServiceMaster. He has been in sales development roles in the GTHA and currently is responsible for driving revenue in the Brampton, Vaughan, Markham and North York operations with ServiceMaster North GTA.

Scott’s motto is “Once an owner…always an owner.” It’s a statement that serves as a reminder to be a good leader, a better listener and to be an asset in helping others develop.

Brian Bruce came to ServiceMaster in 1993, having spent ten years at the Wellesley Hospital as Supervisor of Environmental Services. There, his tasks included overseeing the cleaning and maintenance of the Operating Rooms, Labour & Delivery and the Intensive Care Units.

Upon his arrival to ServiceMaster, Brian was stationed in Nova Scotia as Facilities Manager for the Halifax Regional School Board. For six years he oversaw all aspects related to the cleaning and maintenance of 162 facilities.

Today, Brian acts as Operations Manager for all of ServiceMaster of Brampton, Vaughan, Markham and North York.

His genuine care for people and quality cleaning equips him well for the position of Operations Manager. His primary concern is to understand and fulfill his customer’s needs. Brian strives to recognize each individual employee’s potential; he assists in developing their skills sets and strengths.

For Brian it’s about understanding our customer’s unique needs, being there when they need us, and delivering results that make a real difference in their businesses. Caring for our customers isn't just a part of Brian’s job; it's at the heart of everything he does. It's what has kept him committed to ServiceMaster Clean for all these years
